The Queen City Scramble
If you're hunting for an OCR that dishes out relentless terrain without the frills, the Queen City Scramble at Caesar Creek State Park is calling your name. This Ohio beast throws everything at you—technical trails, punishing elevation, sprawling beaches—across sprint, half marathon, and full marathon distances that separate the committed from the curious. There's no hiding on this course; only honest, gritty racing awaits.
JULY 16, 2022 | CEASER CREEK STATE PARK; Waynesville, OH
Okay, Ohio, get ready for a race course that will test your resolve; one full of variety! The Queen City Scramble, held at Caesar Creek State Park, delivers an event-filled day of beaches and trails. Sprint distances will wind around the trails near the beach. Meanwhile, the Half and Full Marathon will be a half marathon loop that winds around the southern half of the lake, beginning and ending at the beach. With rolling hills and just shy of 1,000 ft. of gain per loop, it has some windy narrow sections, but also opens up for room to catch your stride and get into a rhythm.

No time to think about it. You're either ready or not. There's only one real question. HOW FAR CAN YOU GO?
- Individual: Sprint (5K & 10K)
- Step-Up (Half Marathon) &
- Enduro (Full Marathon)
